Update on Zachary's PT appointment

The PT said overall Zachary is doing well. She said that he has full range on motion forever just needs to strengthen on one side of his neck muscles. She also wants to build his arm strength to help him with rolling over. She said to increase belly time (which Zachary hates being on his belly) and he is to receive PT every other week for the next 8 weeks. She said that this really is some time that is a quick fix and he will grow out of if I increase the belly time.

Cape Cod Visit

Mommy, Alexander and Zachary visited the Cape this past weekend. Alexander and Zachary got to see all of his cousins together. Alexander really enjoyed playing with his cousin Logan who is just 7 months older than him. We all were excited to visit with David and hope, who are expecting their first child in January. Carolyn, Preston and her children were up to the visit from Virginia. Cherilyn's youngest Daughter, Abigail also celebrated her second Birthday. Auntie Carolyn took some great pictures of Alexander and Zachary while we we visiting check them out!

StoryLand adventures

All of us went for a great trip to storyLand in Glen, NH. We went for the afternoon on July 1sr and the full next day. When we arrived on the 1st Alexander ran through the doors without even waiting for Mom or Dad. His first adventure was to run right to the sand box, then the playground, He got to see the old lady who lived in a shoe. Alexander and mommy got to ride the tea cups together. And the whole family road on the swan boat ride and the train. The next day was very nice outside and Daddy and Alexander started the day out by getting wet on the crazy boat ride. Mommy and Xander got to ride the flume. We also all got to ride the the big wheel, antique cars and the farm tractor.

Overall the trip was very fun for everyone and we enjoyed Story Land and a relaxing day of swimming. Alexander did try to go swimming over his head and mommy had to jump in the pool (in her street clothes) to save him only once. Alexander's fell in love with the hot tub next to the pool. Zachary even got to go swimming for the first time and fell asleep in the water in a duck baby float.

July 1 - Zachary 4 month check up

Zachary had his 4 month check up on July 1. He is now 14 lbs 10 ounces and now 24 and a quarter inches long. WOW he is getting so big. He is doing very well and is nice and healthy. The Dr. did refer him to physical therapy to be evaluated for Torticulous which is a weak neck muscle. He will be going in for his evaluation on July 15.

Thurnderstorms/ flooding

Well the weather is a little crazy. It was rainy all day yesterday and this morning was sunny but wow did we just get a thunderstorm. We had good size hail as well and the end of our street is starting to flood. Have a look at some of the pictures.
